  • Line a sheet tray with parchment paper or silicone sheet.
  • Using a medium bowl, add melted butter, sweetener, and cocoa powder. Stir well until dissolved.
  • Add peanut butter mixing well. Add shredded coconut, and chopped peanuts. Mix into dough.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, evenly scoop out your mixture onto your lined sheet.
  • Place in the freezer to harden. Store cookies in freezer. Allow to soften slightly before serving.
