Peanut Butter Candy Layer
Grease a 8x8 baking dish and cover the bottom with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients for peanut butter layer, and mix well by hand or with a hand mixer.
Pour and press into the bottom of your prepared baking dish and set aside.
Ganache Layer
In a heavy saucepan or double boiler, bring your heavy cream up to a simmer, be conscious not to scorch use a whisk to stir often.
Add Cocoa powder and sweetener, whisking constantly until smooth.
Pour over peanut butter candy mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm
