Keto Crab Cakes

These Keto Crab cakes are delicious and easy to make. Use them either as part of your main meal or even for an appetizer for a party. They also are very cost effective.

Ingredients

  • 18 oz Crab Meat Canned well drainedlump may be used if desired
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup Red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • a tsp Old bay seasoning to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange bell pepper finely chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together well. Chill if desired. Heat oil(I used avocado oil)
  • On medium heat. Fry cakes(I used approximately a TB serving spoon)
  • For 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve with tarter sauce, or other low carb sauce.
  • Makes 18 to 20 mini cakes
