Here is a very easy to make recipe, and requires no baking. It take about 5 minutes to make, and it is also a portioned controlled dessert. This is great when you want something sweet, but that is also very fast to make. The recipe is versatile as well although you may need to experiment when using other flavors of sugar free chips.
1TBSugar free chocolate chips****30 chips equals approximately 1 tablespoons! *We recommend "semi-sweet" Lily's brand or something that is sweetened with "Erythritol"***
Instructions
Start by melting your butter in the microwave. Butter should just be melted, not boiling.
Add sweeteners, vanilla, and salt, stir well to combine.
Separate your egg and add the yolk only to your cup. Stir well to combine. Add your 1/4 cup flour. Mix well.
Add the chocolate chips, stir again. Your mixture should resemble cookie dough. Reserve a few chips for the top.
Cook in the microwave 40 to 60 seconds, start checking for doneness at 40 seconds. My microwave took 50 seconds. Do not overcook. Best served warm.
Notes
Serving Size: 1 Mug CakeTotal Carbs = 12gNet Carbs = 4 gSo I actually believe that the "net carbs" are more like 3 per serving. Based on the fact that in low carb circles you generally subtract fiber, and erythritol from your carbs. Our recipe software does not do that.
