Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips dark, milk, white
  • 3 drops or to tastenatural food grade peppermint essential oil(or extract)
  • ¼ cup chopped roasted almonds

Instructions

  • Directions:
  • Melt chocolate chips(we recommend Chocozero brand for best results) slowly using half power in 30 second increments until just barely melted.
  • Stir well. Add peppermint oil. Stir well to combine. Using a silicone candy mold….place chopped nuts evenly into the cavities of the mold.
  • Place chopped nuts evenly into the cavities of the mold. Slowly pour melted chocolate into the mold cavities.
  • Chill for 30 minutes in fridge to harden. Remove and enjoy. Nuts could also be dropped by cluster onto parchment paper. Recipe may be doubled to make more cluster truffles.
  • Makes 4 cluster truffles
