Grease a 9 inch cast iron skillet, or similar size baking dish. Prepare your pizza crust. Melt cream cheese and mozzarella by increments in your microwave. When melted, incorporate your almond flour.
Add seasonings if desired. Add egg, kneading to form your dough. Dock with a fork to prevent air bubbles.
Bake at 400° For 10 minutes. Remove. Add beaten eggs first, followed by meats and veggies.
Top with cheese. Return to oven. Bake 15 minutes. Broil if desired.
Remove from oven, let rest 15 minutes. Slice and serve. Serves 8.
