Spray a microwave safe ramekin or mug with non-stick spray.
In a measuring cup, or your mug, combine melted butter and natural sweetener.
Add in spices and vanilla. Stirring well to combine.
Mix in flour and baking powder. Stir well. Scrap bottom and sides well.
Add egg yolk and cream. Stir well until thoroughly combined.
Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute depending on microwave wattage. Err on the side of less time first.
Allow to cool. Top with fresh whipped cream if desired.
