Instructions

  • Spray a microwave safe ramekin or mug with non-stick spray.
  • In a measuring cup, or your mug, combine melted butter and natural sweetener.
  • Add in spices and vanilla. Stirring well to combine.
  • Mix in flour and baking powder. Stir well. Scrap bottom and sides well.
  • Add egg yolk and cream. Stir well until thoroughly combined.
  • Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute depending on microwave wattage. Err on the side of less time first.
  • Allow to cool. Top with fresh whipped cream if desired.
