Using a hand mixer combine all ingredients. Make sure your coconut oil and cream cheese are soft. They can be microwaved briefly to aid softening.
Spread the mixture into silicone molds, or drop by dollops onto a parchment or waxed paper lined baking try. Freeze 30 minutes. Unmold and place in ziplock bag or container.
Kep frozen until ready to eat. Allow to slightly come to room temp if desired.
