Bacon Bleu Cheese Deviled Eggs

If you're tired of old-fashioned deviled eggs, try this twist. Full of flavor and packed with crispy bacon and tangy bleu cheese

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs hard boiled, shelled
  • 2 slices bacon cooked; crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayonaisse
  • 1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 TB green onion diced

Instructions

  • Cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks to a bowl.
  • Add all ingredients except onions and mix to combine well.
  • Fill eggs with yolk mixture, and sprinkle with green onion.
  • Keep chilled until ready to serve.
