Buffalo Chicken Deviled Eggs

Give your deviled eggs a spicy spin with buffalo sauce and bleu cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs hard boiled; peeled
  • 4 oz chicken cooked, finely chopped
  • 1/2 rib celery finely diced
  • 1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Frank's red hot buffalo sauce
  • 2 TB bleu cheese dressings
  • 1 TB green onion diced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, place yolks of the egg. Add remaining ingredients except green onion.
  • Mix well to combine. Stuff egg shells with yolk mixture. Top with diced onion.
  • Keep chilled until serving.
