Buffalo Chicken Deviled Eggs
Give your deviled eggs a spicy spin with buffalo sauce and bleu cheese.

- 6 eggs hard boiled; peeled
- 4 oz chicken cooked, finely chopped
- 1/2 rib celery finely diced
- 1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup Frank's red hot buffalo sauce
- 2 TB bleu cheese dressings
- 1 TB green onion diced
In a small bowl, place yolks of the egg. Add remaining ingredients except green onion.
Mix well to combine. Stuff egg shells with yolk mixture. Top with diced onion.
Keep chilled until serving.
