Keto American Flag Cake
A delicious, splash-making cake to liven up your 4th of July festivities made keto for everyone to enjoy.

Frosting & Berries
- 6 oz cream cheese very softened
- 2 TB butter very softened
- 1/3 cup powdered natural sweetener
- 1 TB heavy cream optional for thinning
- 1 lb strawberries sliced
- 1 pint blueberries
Cake:
Add all dry ingredients to a medium sized bowl. Add eggs one at a time, and vanilla while combining with a hand mixer on low.
Slowly add the melted butter while continuing to run your mixer on low speed until all ingredients are just combined.
Spread into a 1/4 inch sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Frosting & berries
Add all the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl. whip with hand mixer until light and fluffy.
Spread in an even thick layer over cooled cake.
Fill the corner with a nice layer of blueberries. I used 30 to make my "star" area.
Line the strawberry slices in rows to form the "stripes" Refrigerate until ready to serve.
