Prep Time 15 minutes minutes Cook Time 0 minutes minutes
- 3 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup powdered natural sweetener
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 4 TB sugar free maple syrup
- 2 TB water as needed for mixing dough
- 1/2 cup sugar free jam
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts chopped; optional
- 1/4 cup sugar free peanut butter chips chopped; optional
In a bowl mix together all of your dry ingredients.
Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and necessary water to form a dough.
Line a small baking dish(mine was 9x6) with parchment paper. Press half of the dough in an even layer on the bottom.
Top this layer with jam. I used my homemade jam(recipe below). Spread evenly.
Using parchment paper roll out remaining dough. Top, fully covering the jelly layer.
Refrigerate at least 2 or 3 hours. Remove from dish and cut into even squares.
