Zero Carb Carnivore Meatballs

- 2 lb ground beef 80/20, not lean
- 2 eggs large; beaten
- 1 TB coarse salt
- 1 TB coarse ground pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl combine beef, beaten egg and seasoning.
Using a 1 or 2 TB cookie scoop or spoon, portion out meatballs.
Place on a large baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes.
