Zesty Lemon Butter sauce
- 6 TB butter melted
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic fresh
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tsp chopped chives optional
Tarragon Thyme Butter sauce
- 6 TB butter melted
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp thyme chopped; fresh
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
In a small bowl combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Whisk thoroughly. Garnish with chopped chives if desired. To reheat, microwave on low and re-whisk until creamy.
For tarragon thyme sauce, add seasonings and herbs to butter in a small bowl, add white wine vinegar and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Serve with all your meats and fish dishes
