Keto New Years Good Luck Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork or beef, chicken, or turkey. Cooked.
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp ginger fresh
  • 2 TB toasted sesame oil
  • 7 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 1 TB sambal chili paste optional
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • 2 TB rice vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 tsp natural sweetener
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 green onions chopped; garnish
  • 1 TB toasted sesame seeds optional

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, brown ground meat, set aside.
  • Move ground meat to one side, add garlic, ginger, and sesame oil, stir into meat.
  • Add cabbage mix. Allow to sauté uncovered until starting to soften
  • In a small bowl combine soy, chili paste, vinegar, and sweetener. Add seasonings. Mix with a whisk and bowl over stir fry.
  • Continue cooking until cabbage is lightly wilted, and flavors have combined. Serve immediately. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds if desired.
