Move ground meat to one side, add garlic, ginger, and sesame oil, stir into meat.
Add cabbage mix. Allow to sauté uncovered until starting to soften
In a small bowl combine soy, chili paste, vinegar, and sweetener. Add seasonings. Mix with a whisk and bowl over stir fry.
Continue cooking until cabbage is lightly wilted, and flavors have combined. Serve immediately. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds if desired.
