Here is a delicious keto gravy recipe, that’s good to keep on hand.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Drippings from whole roasted turkey Turkey part drippings would also work
  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • A splash of hot sauce Optional
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tsp Fresh or dried herbs and garlic powder

Instructions

  • Bring broth and drippings to a simmer. You can add more drippings and less stock to the ratio you desire. Stir in cream, simmer for one to two minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and season with spices if desired. Remove from heat. Sprinkle xanthum gum evening over broth mixture whisking constantly. Return to low simmer. Simmer on low until desired consistency is reached.
