Ingredients

  • 1 pounds Brussels sprouts Used fresh and trimmed and slice them
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice Used for Zest and Juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Garlic and herb seasoning to taste
  • 3 tsp Dijon mustard Several squeezes
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce Several splashes
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Fresh shaved
  • Squeeze of sweetener if desired Optional

Instructions

  • Prepare Brussel sprouts (trim and thinly sliced)
  • Zest and juice the lemon. Whisk with olive oil and seasoning, whisk in mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Toss with Brussel sprouts and Parmesan cheese.
  • Chill if desired.
