Brussel Sprout Caesars Salad

- 1 pounds Brussels sprouts Used fresh and trimmed and slice them
- 1/3 cup lemon juice Used for Zest and Juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Garlic and herb seasoning to taste
- 3 tsp Dijon mustard Several squeezes
- 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce Several splashes
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Fresh shaved
- Squeeze of sweetener if desired Optional
Prepare Brussel sprouts (trim and thinly sliced)
Zest and juice the lemon. Whisk with olive oil and seasoning, whisk in mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Toss with Brussel sprouts and Parmesan cheese.
Chill if desired.
