Keto Salmon Cakes

These Keto Salmon cakes are delicious and easy to make. Use them either as part of your main meal or even for an appetizer for a party. They also are very cost effective.

Ingredients

  • 14.75 oz Salmon Canned Salmon (14.75 oz. well drainepink or red salmon)
  • 2 chopped green onions Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper Finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Orange Bell Pepper Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1 egg Beaten
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped

Instructions

  • Mixed all ingredients together well. Chill if desired. Heat oil(I used avocadon medium heat. Fry patties 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Eat hot or cold.
  • 18 to 20 servings (at 2 TB serving size spoon)
