Combine crust ingredients, until you have a crust dough consistency.
Press into springform pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°.
While your crust bakes, let's make the peanut butter filling
Beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, sweetener and 6 tablespoons of whipping cream.
Until it reaches the consistency of thick frosting. Add further TB’s of cream as needed to form correct thickness.
In a separate bowl beat 3/4 cup of heavy cream until fluffy.
Combine your whipped heavy cream with your peanut butter mixture.
Freeze one hour.
Remove from freezer, drizzle with sugar free chocolate syrup (optional)
