Keto Breakfast Casserole

This is a delicious and easy to make keto, low carb, carnivore friendly recipe. This recipe is also great for meal prepping as well. Easy, delicious, and versatile a dish that everyone will enjoy!

  • 9 x 13 Casserole Dish


Casserole Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1.5 pounds sausage
  • 3/4 cup bacon crumbles or 12 slices
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 2 TSP hot sauce


  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 13“ casserole baking dish.
  • Crumble and brown sausage. Drain. Warm bacon crumbles with sausage. If using fresh bacon, cook and crumble.
  • Put prepared meats on bottom of casserole. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the grated cheese.
  • Add 12 eggs to a blender, add heavy cream, seasonings if desired, and 2 tablespoons of hot sauce. Blend until fluffy, or whisk in a large bowl.
  • Pour over meats and cheese in casserole dish. Add remaining grated cheese.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  • Garnish with onion if desired. Serves 12.
