Place prepared zucchini in a saucepan. Cover with water and lemon juice
Simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain excess liquid. Add sweetener and spices.
Place in bottom of well greased skillet or baking dish
In a separate bowl combine dry cobbler topping ingredients, sift through with a fork to remove lumps. Add butter. Sprinkle topping evenly over “fruit” zucchini.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let sit 15 minutes
