In a medium bowl combine egg white and water and whisk until foamy(I used my mini food processor) add nuts; toss to coat. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
In a large plastic bag combine sweetener & spices. Add nuts; shake well to coat. Spread nuts evenly on a parchment lined baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes…10 minutes, stir and 10 minutes more. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
