Keto Korean Beef Bowl

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 cloves fresh garlic crushed
- ¼ cup liquid aminos
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 1 TB sesame oil
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger
- ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
- Optional garnishes:
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 small sliced English cucumber
Directions:
Brown ground beef in cast iron or wok until cooked(8 to 10 minutes) Drain if necessary.
In a small bowl combine the aminos(or soy sauce if preferred)beef broth, sesame oil, and seasonings. Set aside.
Add fresh garlic to beef, sauté one minute, or until fragrant and well combined.
Pour the sauce over the beef. Bring to a simmer for 4 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened and reduced.
Serve over cauliflower rice. Garnish with optional ingredients if desired.
