Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic crushed
  • ¼ cup liquid aminos
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 1 TB sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • Optional garnishes:
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 small sliced English cucumber

Instructions

  • Directions:
  • Brown ground beef in cast iron or wok until cooked(8 to 10 minutes) Drain if necessary.
  • In a small bowl combine the aminos(or soy sauce if preferred)beef broth, sesame oil, and seasonings. Set aside.
  • Add fresh garlic to beef, sauté one minute, or until fragrant and well combined.
  • Pour the sauce over the beef. Bring to a simmer for 4 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened and reduced.
  • Serve over cauliflower rice. Garnish with optional ingredients if desired.
