- .3 oz sugar-free orange gelatin
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp orange oil optional
In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin powder in boiling water, whisking well to combine any thick chunks.
Add to a blender along with the heavy cream and optional orange oil, and blend until smooth.
Pour liquid into popsicle molds, and freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Let soften slightly before serving.
