Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds whole raw
  • 1 cup pecans whole raw
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds roasted
  • 1 cup cranberries unsweetened dried
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp maple extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon ceylon
  • 1 TB butter melted

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 350 degree. Prepare a parchment lined baking dish.
  • Combine nuts together in a medium bowl. Melt butter. Combine syrup with butter and extract.
  • Pour syrup over nuts. Coat well by stirring. Add cinnamon and salt.
  • Spread on parchment lined baking tray. Bake 10 minutes. Stir. Bake additional 10 minutes.
  • Remove to bowl. Let cool, stirring frequently until cooled completely. Add cranberries. Stir again and serve or move to an airtight container for storage
