Your favorite combination of ripe juicy berries made into a delightfully easy no sugar jam. Perfect for anytime of year!

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine berries, water, and sweetener. Bring the berries up to a simmer, reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes.
Bloom gelatin by sprinkling over lemon juice in a small bowl.
Remove berries from heat. Tear or drop small spoonfuls of the thicken gelatin mixture into hot berries. Whisking as you do this.
Let cool. Adjust sweetness if desired. Pour into jars or containers. Keep refrigerated. Keeps 2 to 3 weeks in fridge. May be frozen if desired.
