  • Using a hand mixer combine all ingredients. Make sure your coconut oil and cream cheese are soft. They can be microwaved briefly to aid softening.
  • Spread the mixture into silicone molds, or drop by dollops onto a parchment or waxed paper lined baking try. Freeze 30 minutes. Unmold and place in ziplock bag or container.
  • Kep frozen until ready to eat. Allow to slightly come to room temp if desired.
