Easy Low Carb Banana pudding

- 1 pkg sugar-free instant banana pudding
- 2 cups Half and Half
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1 package High Key vanilla wafers crumbled
- 1/2 cup heavy cream garnish; optional
- 1 tsp natural sweetener
Combine instant pudding and half and half to make the pudding. Set aside.
In small dessert dishes, begin layering pudding with smashed cookie crumbs. Add five banana slices to each dessert dish.
Whip heavy cream with sweetener. Add to garnish the top of your puddings.
