Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork belly cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 TB avocado oil
  • 2 TB brown natural sweetener
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Cut pork belly into 1 inch cubes and pat dry.
  • In a medium sized bowl combine pork belly and the rest of the ingredients. Coating well.
  • Lay the cubes in a single layer in your airfryer. You may need to do multiple batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Cook cubes for 15 minutes, shaking and flipping several times through the cooking process. Total cooking time will depend on your pork belly and air fryer.
  • Remove and serve warm
