Shrimp Creole Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs hard-boiled, shelled
  • 12 shrimp cooked
  • 1/4 cup mayonaisse
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • To egg yolks in a small bowl, combine all ingredients except shrimp. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Scoop yolk mixture evenly into egg white cups. Top each half with a shrimp piece.
  • Chill until serving.
