Ingredients

  • 2 cups peanuts roasted; salted
  • 2 TB butter melted
  • 3 TB brown natural sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 drops caramel flavoring Lorann
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 305 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl combine melted butter, sweetener, seasonings and extracts. Stir well.
  • Add in nuts, stirring well until coated.
  • Spread nut mixture in a thin even layer onto tray. Bake 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Sprinkle with optional coarse sea salt.
  • Cool completely. Break apart. store in a container or jar.
