Keto Salted Caramel Peanuts

- 2 cups peanuts roasted; salted
- 2 TB butter melted
- 3 TB brown natural sweetener
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 drops caramel flavoring Lorann
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt optional
Preheat oven to 305 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl combine melted butter, sweetener, seasonings and extracts. Stir well.
Add in nuts, stirring well until coated.
Spread nut mixture in a thin even layer onto tray. Bake 20 minutes.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with optional coarse sea salt.
Cool completely. Break apart. store in a container or jar.
