Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz strawberries chopped
  • 12 oz blackberries
  • 6 oz raspberries
  • 1 cup choczero mini marshmallows optional

Instructions

  • Beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer. Add sweetener, combining well.
  • Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
  • By hand fold in berries and mini marshmallows, if using.
  • Cover and chill. May be served immediately, but is best chilled.
