Keto Triple Berry Fruit Salad~Ambrosia
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz strawberries chopped
- 12 oz blackberries
- 6 oz raspberries
- 1 cup choczero mini marshmallows optional
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer. Add sweetener, combining well.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
- By hand fold in berries and mini marshmallows, if using.
- Cover and chill. May be served immediately, but is best chilled.
