High Protein Creamy Cucumber Dressing

Cottage cheese is making a significant comeback these days and people are using it it such clever ways to make lightened-up, high-protein versions of their favorite dips, sauces and more!

Admittedly, I myself, am not the biggest cottage cheese fan. I do appreciate the health benefits, however, and this is a good way to get protein into your family, if the enjoy ranch style dressings.

I’m so excited about this trend because I know how much I love making lower carb healthier versions of comfort food favorites and today I’m sharing one that I am super happy with.

Classic cucumber ranch dressing is typically made with sour cream which I’ve switched out for a container of cottage cheese (or plain Greek yogurt) for a healthy swap. Grab your high-speed blender and a few simple ingredients and this recipe is ready in under 5 minutes.
