You’re going to want to dress up every salad with this Bacon Vinaigrette! Made with bacon fat, mustard and spices, this delightfully tangy salad dressing is wonderful on everything, from veggies to your favorite salads.

Bacon Vinaigrette Dressing is just the dressing to win over the salad doubters in your life.

It is absolutely magnificent when poured hot over Brussels sprouts or warm over spinach salad, but is also a-okay at room temperature over a tossed salad with romaine or leaf lettuce and all the fixings.

Tart, smoky, peppery, and sweet, with little nuggets of bacon in it like treasure, this bacon salad dressing wins over even the most delightful store bought dressing. Bonus points, you know what’s in it when you make it at home!

Keto Bacon Vinaigrette

A classic steakhouse favorite. Savory bacon and tangy mustard make this dressing a winner for even salad haters.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon cooked; chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup bacon drippings
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp stone ground mustard or mustard of choice
  • 1 tsp natural sweetener
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Chop the bacon into small pieces. Cook until crispy. Drain the drippings into your measuring cup. Set bacon aside.
  • Add olive oil to food processor or bowl. Add dripping, onion, mustard, vinegar, sweetener, and seasonings
  • Blend until emulsified. Add in half the chopped cooked bacon. Blend again.
  • Serve warm or salad or other veggies. Refrigerate. Re-warm for serving.
