Keto Low Carb Zucchini Bread Recipe

Keto Zucchini Bread

This is a family-favorite recipe for homemade keto zucchini bread. One slice and you’ll taste why! It’s made with brown natural sweetener, pure vanilla extract, cozy cinnamon spice, and summer’s favorite vegetable!

Zucchini adds flavorless moisture. We’re talking pure moisture with zero savory vegetable flavor. That’s why it’s so versatile on a low-carb lifestyle.

This homemade Zucchini Bread is loaded with zucchini and it’s delicious any time of day. It’s perfectly soft and sweet with a cozy hint of cinnamon. This bread is so tasty when served warm from the oven but it also stays moist and tender for days.

Reasons to love this recipe:

A Quick Note On Bakeware:

I really believe bakeware choices really do make a difference. Definitely consider silicone. You don’t need to grease them, you get better even heating, and clean up is a breeze!
