Set a skillet to medium heat. In a small bowl combine mayo and seasonings.
On a low carb tortilla, spread seasoned mayo. Top with chopped chicken and cheese.
Roll up tightly, tucking in any loose ingredients. Butter your skillet.
Place wrap seam side down. Press down firmly with saucepan lid if desired. Cook until golden. Flip, repeat on second side. Remove, cut in half and serve.
