These wraps are an explosion of flavor and texture — crunchy grilled tortilla, soft chicken, and creamy dressing — we’ve got it all rolled up in one delicious meal.

CJ and I like having wraps often. It’s a quick and easy dinner idea for crazy weeknights, or a fast and filling lunch option.

You could wrap all these ingredients in lettuce, if you prefer, but there really is something marvelous about a buttery crisp and delicious panini-style wrap!

Keto Italian Chicken Wrap~Panini

This Italian chicken wrap panini is packed full of delicious flavor, combined with the ease of making a super fast snack or dinner.

  • 2 cups chicken cooked; chopped
  • 2 low carb tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Italian blend cheese shredded
  • 3 TB mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic seasoning blend
  • 1 tsp pizza pasta magic seasoning
  • 1 TB butter for grilling


  • Set a skillet to medium heat. In a small bowl combine mayo and seasonings.
  • On a low carb tortilla, spread seasoned mayo. Top with chopped chicken and cheese.
  • Roll up tightly, tucking in any loose ingredients. Butter your skillet.
  • Place wrap seam side down. Press down firmly with saucepan lid if desired. Cook until golden. Flip, repeat on second side. Remove, cut in half and serve.
