Keto Salisbury Steak Casserole
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef cooked
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 1 TB arrowroot powder or 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 15 oz beef broth
- 2 TB Worcestershire sauce
- 16 oz cauliflower cooked
- 2 TB butter
- 2 TB heavy cream
- 2 TB steak seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef. Add mushrooms and onions. Sautee until slightly wilted.
- Stir in seasoning and arrowroot powder. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add broth and worcestershire sauce. Bring to a low simmer until starting to thicken.
- Add to a casserole dish. Blend cauliflower butter and heavy cream into a blender. Puree until smooth. Season if desired.
- Spread cauliflower mixture over meat mixture. Cook 20 minutes or until heated through.
