Keto Salisbury Steak Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef cooked
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 1 TB arrowroot powder or 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 15 oz beef broth
  • 2 TB Worcestershire sauce
  • 16 oz cauliflower cooked
  • 2 TB butter
  • 2 TB heavy cream
  • 2 TB steak seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef. Add mushrooms and onions. Sautee until slightly wilted.
  • Stir in seasoning and arrowroot powder. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add broth and worcestershire sauce. Bring to a low simmer until starting to thicken.
  • Add to a casserole dish. Blend cauliflower butter and heavy cream into a blender. Puree until smooth. Season if desired.
  • Spread cauliflower mixture over meat mixture. Cook 20 minutes or until heated through.
