  1. Sarah and CJ,
Thanks for the info you two share. I need help knowing how to print your recipes. For example this Salisbury steak recipe. Is there a way to print it without printing five pages, etc.? I often see and easy print button on recipes elsewhere and am hoping I am just missing it here. You have such great ideas!

    1. Hi Connie, we are working on converting all of our recipes into a newer format it just takes time. Sorry for the hassle.

  2. I’m just learning about the Keto diet. Can you tell me what faux mashed potatoes are? Is it riced Cauliflower?
    Thank you

    1. Hi Elsie, “faux mashed” potatoes are just cauliflower made into a mash like potatoes. In our most recent video on YouTube we showed how to make them.

I used your Salisbury steak recipe a bit differently (because I didn’t read it before I shopped for ingredients). I bought a package of small-size steaks for a good price. When I then read the recipe & found out I should have gotten ground meat, I decided to try the recipe anyway. After searing the steaks I put them in an oven cooking bag, then started the recipe with sauteing the onions and mushrooms. I followed the recipe the rest of the way. The steaks came out juicy and delicious. The gravy thickened according to the recipe and was great over the steak. So the recipe was still a winner, even though I used steaks instead of hamburger. The steps were easy to follow (especially if you read it BEFORE getting the ingredients : ) !)
