Keto Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
These keto chicken skewers are absolutely packed with bold flavors, and super easy to make.
Plus, they’re made in the air fryer, which means no oven heating up your house, and they’re ready pretty quickly so your hungry diners don’t have to wait!
Just A Few Easy Steps!
Season your chicken.
Combine chicken pieces with a bit of olive oil and the a garlic blend. I like to use my hands to really massage the oil and seasonings into the meat.
Skewer. I like to do about 6 or 7 pieces of chicken per skewer.
Air fry. The cooking of the chicken in this recipe is done in two parts; this is the first one.
Make garlic butter. I like to use softened butter, rather than melted, as I feel it’s easier to brush onto the chicken without it falling off.
Flip and brush. Turn the chicken skewers over in the air fryer and brush with the butter mixture.
Second air fry. Since all air fryers cook a bit differently, the exact times may vary, so I like to check the chicken’s internal temperature to make sure it’s cooked through.
Brush again. One more generous brush with the garlic butter.

Keto Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken thighs cubed into 2 inch pieces
- 4 TB garlic herbal seasoning divided
- 1 TB olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup parsley fresh; chopped(omit if carnivore)
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers 30 minutes in water to prevent burning. Cut to fit air fryer if needed.
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Add cut chicken to a bowl. Drizzle with oil. Coat with 2 TB of garlic seasoning.
- Thread chicken onto skewers. About 6 or 7 pieces per skewer.
- Bake in air fryer 8 minutes @ 400 degrees.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Flip chicken skewers. Coat with butter blend. Cook 7 minutes more.
- Remove skewers. Flip and coat with remaining butter blend. Serve immediately.
