This weeks recipe is Keto Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter pie. But I can honestly say that you will not be able to tell the difference from our recipe and a standard chocolate peanut butter pie. This pie is restaurant quality, and the best part is that it’s sugar free, has only six ingredients and is almost a all no-bake pie, it is also very easy to make.
This peanut butter pie recipe is out of this world… This is hands-down one of the easiest, yet most impressive desserts that I have made so far. There are only six simple ingredients… It’s the best mostly no bake peanut butter pie ever. The peanut butter layer is creamy, dreamy, and super peanut buttery. Make this for someone in your life who loves chocolate and peanut butter, and they’ll be yours forever!!
Because the filling is quite rich, this is the kind of dessert you’ll want to eat slowly, savoring every delicious decadent bite… It would make an excellent unconventional pie option for Thanksgiving, or an additional pie option if you’re serving more than one dessert like I plan to.
This chocolate peanut butter pie is great for company, because you can make it the night before, let it sit overnight in the fridge, and it’s still just as good the next day, if not better. It’s perfect when you’re having guests over, or taking a dish to someone’s house, because then you’re not busy in the kitchen all day or making a mess. Just pull it out of the fridge and serve. It also stores well. I made mine in a springform pan, but a fluted tart pan, or a pretty pie dish would be lovely as well.
This pie is also very rich so a little goes a long way, we were able get 10 very satisfying slices from it after we made it. If you take this pie to a party no will know that its sugar free and they will think it’s just a Chocolate Peanut Butter pie. The chocolate almond flour crust is amazingly flaky and rich, it also holds up very well. This pie will be a great dessert for upcoming holiday gatherings, but would be great year round.

Sarah offered to make one of these for my office and I said “NO! I will not waste this fantastic keto dessert on carbies!” We’ve been enjoying this pie for about 4 days now, and in my opinion it has not lost any of its flavor or texture. Often Keto desserts begin to break down after a few days because of the all natural ingredients and no preservatives, however, this has held up very well. We did have to re-drizzle the sugar free chocolate syrup (Optional), just to give that a bit of life.

Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
- Large mixing bowl
- Hand or Stand Mixer
- medium size mixing bowl
- Combine crust ingredients, until you have a crust dough consistency.
- Press into springform pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°.
- While your crust bakes, let's make the peanut butter filling
- Beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, sweetener and 6 tablespoons of whipping cream.
- Until it reaches the consistency of thick frosting. Add further TB’s of cream as needed to form correct thickness.
- In a separate bowl beat 3/4 cup of heavy cream until fluffy.
- Combine your whipped heavy cream with your peanut butter mixture.
- Freeze one hour.
- Remove from freezer, drizzle with sugar free chocolate syrup (optional)
