Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs cubed into 2 inch pieces
  • 4 TB garlic herbal seasoning divided
  • 1 TB olive oil
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup parsley fresh; chopped(omit if carnivore)
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Soak bamboo skewers 30 minutes in water to prevent burning. Cut to fit air fryer if needed.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Add cut chicken to a bowl. Drizzle with oil. Coat with 2 TB of garlic seasoning.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers. About 6 or 7 pieces per skewer.
  • Bake in air fryer 8 minutes @ 400 degrees.
  • Combine remaining ingredients. Flip chicken skewers. Coat with butter blend. Cook 7 minutes more.
  • Remove skewers. Flip and coat with remaining butter blend. Serve immediately.
