  • Cube low carb bread into 1 inch pieces.
  • In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, combine low carb bread, and pecans. Set aside.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour over bread. Press down. Cover with foil. Chill a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake covered 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until set in the middle and golden.
