Sauté and brown strips of steak until brown and mostly cooked. Drain necessary moisture.
Add sliced veggies and continue to sauté until slightly softened. Add seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat.
Add softened cream cheese. Combine eggs and heavy cream whisking well. Add diced American cheese. Pour into mixture. Stir well.
Place in casserole dish 8x10, or 9x9....place slices of provolone to fit top of casserole.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Broiling top at the end if desired. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
