Melt chocolate chips(we recommend Chocozero brand for best results) slowly using half power in 30 second increments until just barely melted.
Stir well. Add peppermint oil. Stir well to combine. Using a silicone candy mold….place chopped nuts evenly into the cavities of the mold.

Chill for 30 minutes in fridge to harden. Remove and enjoy. Nuts could also be dropped by cluster onto parchment paper. Recipe may be doubled to make more cluster truffles.
