Caesar Chicken Smash Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 8 low carb tortillas 6 inch
  • 2 TB Greek seasoning
  • 2 TB Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded(fresh)
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 4 TB Caesar dressing to taste

Instructions

  • Season your ground chicken with the seasonings and grated Parmesan.
  • Spread evenly in a very thin layer over your tortilla all the way to the edges.
  • Heat a griddle, or non-stick skillet with oil. Place tortilla, meat side down. Allow to cook undisturbed for 3 minutes.
  • Flip tortilla. Warming meatless side for 30 seconds. Remove to a plate.
    Garnish with Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and chopped lettuce.
    Fold in half. Eat immediately.
