  • Prepare a parchment lined baking dish.
  • In a microwave safe container, add chocolate chips and heavy cream.
  • Microwave in increments(depending on wattage) until just melted. Stirring until silky. Pour into prepared dish.
  • Combine peanut butter and sweetener until smooth.
  • Drop by dollops onto fudge. Using a toothpick, or knife to swirl together.
  • Chill for at least an hour. Cut into pieces. Store refrigerated.
